Shipping

We ship Worldwide.

We offer Free and Paid Shipping on all orders.

This depends on the products ordered and where we are shipping to, however, most orders are delivered with 12-20 business days. This can be 2-3+ weeks. 
If you're ever concerned about your order, feel free to e-mail us.

We work with various international warehouses all over the world, and your products may be shipped separately so they can get delivered to you faster. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they are on the way!

When you select Insured and Tracked Shipping at checkout this gets you a trackable package, the number will be sent to your email, and you get a Delivery insurance, where if you placed the order 60+ days ago or the package has been lost by the shipping company, we will issue you a full refund or send you a replacement. This shipping takes the same time as Free Shipping to arrive.

We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments unless it's been 60 days since you ordered. 

Orders

Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email at support@tulmox.com within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

If your order has shipped but it's going to the wrong address we will send another order to you for free but you'll need to cover the shipping for that replacement order.

Our store automatically sends out an Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation email after you place your order and when we put your order in the mail. If you didn't receive these emails, please check your Spam or Junk folder and add us as a contact to receive updates on your order.

Products

Yes, both work perfectly with phone cases. Our phone holders have one of the strongest magnets installed that allows to use a smartphone with a case safely and securely.

There are two thin metal plates included with both Magno™ and Sticky™. Stick one of them inside your phone case or outside your phone if you don’t have a case. You can use the other plate whenever the first is worn out.

No, it won't.
There will be no residue left behind and you can stick the mount again after you have washed the glue part under the water and let it dry completely.

The short answer is no.
The idea stems from old gadgets like televisions, when much of the data was stored magnetically, using tiny bits of iron. However, with all the latest technological advancements, the truth is magnets won’t interfere with your smartphone.

Magno™ was designed to work specifically in horizontal vents. If your car has another type of vents, you should go for our Sticky™.

Yes! Sticky™ was designed to work in all cars (in flat surfaces).

If you charge your phone wirelessly, you should stick the metal plate at the very top of the phone to allow the wireless charging function to work.
