Where do you ship to?

We ship Worldwide.

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer Free and Paid Shipping on all orders.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the products you ordered and where we are shipping your order to. However, most orders are delivered within 12-20 business days.

Why have I received only 1 product if I ordered more?

We work with several international warehouses all over the world. Therefore, your products may be shipped separately so that they can get delivered to you faster.

So don't stress if you didn't receive all your items at once... they are on the way!

I paid for or Priority & Insurance + Extended Warranty. What are my benefits?

When you select Priority & Insurance + Extended Warranty at checkout this gets you priority fullfilment (where you jump the line of orders pending), a trackable package (the number will be sent to your email) and you get a delivery insurance. This means that if you placed the order 60+ days ago and the package has been lost by the shipping company or never arrived, we will issue you a full refund or send you a replacement. This shipping method takes the same time as Free Shipping to arrive.

Does Magno™ or Sticky™ work with a phone case?

Yes, both work with thin phone cases. Our phone holders have one of the strongest magnets installed that allows to use a smartphone with a case safely and securely

How will a phone stick to the holder?

There are two thin metal plates included with both Magno™ and Sticky™. Stick one of them on the back of your phone. You can use the other plate whenever the first is worn out or for another phone.

Will the Sticky™ leave any residue on my dash if I remove it?

No, it won't.

Will the magnet cause any side effects on my phone?

The short answer is no.
The idea stems from old gadgets like televisions, when much of the data was stored magnetically, using tiny bits of iron. However, with all the latest technological advancements, the truth is magnets won’t interfere with your smartphone.

Will Magno™ work on my car?

Magno™ was designed to work specifically in horizontal vents. If your car has another type of vents, you should go for our Sticky™.

Will Sticky™ work on my car?

Yes! Sticky™ was designed to work in all cars (in flat surfaces).

Do the metal plates affect wireless charging?

If you charge your phone wirelessly, you should stick the metal plate at the very top or bottom of the phone to allow the wireless charging function to work.

Order/Payment

In what currency are the prices?

Our prices are described in american dollars (USD).

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure shopping and accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and all major credit and debit card companies.

I need to change my order.

We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email at support@drivse.com as soon as possible. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

I gave you the wrong address.

Please contact us at support@tulmox.com to see if a change on the shipping address is possible.

I didn't receive any confirmation email.

Our store automatically sends out an Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation email after you place your order and when we put your order in the mail. If you didn't receive these emails, please check your Spam or Junk folder and add us as a contact to receive updates on your order. 

Refunds

My shipment is delayed, can I have a refund?

We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments unless it's been 60 days since you ordered and you haven't received your order.

Can I return my product?

Due to the current post office constraints caused by the current pandemic situation, our company is not currently accepting returns.
