Important Notice: Temporary Shipping Delay - February 2024 Sales Surge

As of February 2nd, due to a high volume of sales this month, we want to inform you that we are working tirelessly to process and ship all orders. Despite our best efforts, there will be a temporary delay in shipping, and some orders may experience a delay of up to 10 business days before they get shipped out.

Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to expedite the fulfillment process and get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Our team is working around the clock to ensure that each order is handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.

United States: 8 to 17 days
United Kingdom: 7 to 14 days
France/Germany/Austria/Italy/Spain/Netherlands: 7 to 16 days
Other EU countries: 9 to 21 days
Australia: 7 to 20 days
Canada: 15 to 30 days

Here at Tulmox we strive to give our customers the best experience possible as we believe that is the most important thing for any online-based company. 

Our delivery time can generally be separated into two parts:

PROCESSING TIME: 

Our processing time consists of order verification, product tailoring, product quality check, and packaging. Due to the high volume of orders at the moment, our processing time is 2-4 business days. 

SHIPPING TIME:

The shipping time refers to the time your order takes from being shipped out to being delivered to your doorstep. 

Orders will be shipped from our international warehouses depending on which is closest to your address. However, if our national warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from one of the other warehouses. 

Our current shipping times range between 8-25 days business days. Due to the global pandemic, shipping times may vary depending on where in the world you are ordering from and the current state of the freight lines. 

Our shipping times are averaged from our last 5,000 orders, so we can provide our customers with the most accurate and transparent shipping information we can. 

All orders will receive tracking numbers with live updates on your package. All tracking information will be sent within 2-4 hours. You can track your order here.

NOTE: If you are ordering from an island state/country, shipping times may be delayed due to shipping constraints.  Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays as these are out of our control.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at support@tulmox.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to make changes on your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it again to the correct address.

RETURNS

By placing an order at Tulmox, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please check our Refund Policy for more information on the returns topic. 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

Customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Tulmox, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
