Here at Tulmox we strive to give our customers the best experience possible as we believe that is the most important thing for any online-based company.
Our delivery time can generally be separated into two parts:
Our processing time consists of order verification, product tailoring, product quality check, and packaging. Due to the high volume of orders at the moment, our processing time is 3-5 business days.
The shipping time refers to the time your order takes from being shipped out to being delivered to your doorstep.
Orders will be shipped from our international warehouses depending on which is closest to your address. However, if our national warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from one of the other warehouses.
Our current shipping times range between 12-20 days business days. Due to the global pandemic, shipping times may vary depending on where in the world you are ordering from and the current state of the freight lines.
Our shipping times are averaged from our last 5,000 orders, so we can provide our customers with the most accurate and transparent shipping information we can.
All orders will receive tracking numbers with live updates on your package. All tracking information will be sent within 48 - 72 hours. You can track your order here.
If 4 days have passed and you have not received your tracking number, please reach out to our customer support team at email@example.com.
NOTE: If you are ordering from an island state/country, shipping times may be delayed due to shipping constraints. Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays as these are out of our control.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times. With this being said, there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to make changes on your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In these situations, we are able to reship the item back to you, but only if you cover the shipping costs.
This happens because we value the working time, shipping expenses and other resources that we have invested when dispatching the first item to you.
By placing an order at Tulmox, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please check our Refund Policy for more information on the returns topic.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Tulmox, and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
